Orders with 31 or more eligible printed items receive 10% off item prices. The discount excludes design fees, extra print locations, tax, shipping and rush service and cannot be combined with another offer. We show the discount in your quote.

Small orders are welcome. Some garments or production methods may have minimums, which we will explain before quoting.

Basic orders typically take 1–5 business days after the required payment, final proof approval and garment availability are confirmed. Complex and larger orders receive a quoted schedule. A guaranteed 48-hour production window is available only when we confirm capacity, for a proposed rush fee of a rush charge confirmed before payment. Shipping time is separate.

Karey reviews the file for printing and follows up by email with either a print-ready acknowledgement or a request for specific changes. The final proof still requires your approval.

Yes. EDTWB requires written approval of the final artwork, spelling, placement, garment style, color, sizes and quantities before printing begins.

Orders of 20 or fewer printed items are paid in full. Orders of 21 or more require a 50% deposit to begin; the balance is due before pickup or shipment. Each buyer on an individual organization link pays in full.

Custom products are final sale. EDTWB corrects verified production errors, but customer-approved artwork, size, color or style selections require a paid reprint.

Contact EDTWB within seven calendar days with the order number and clear photos. Visible shipping damage should be reported within three calendar days with photos of the item, packaging and label.

For eligible group orders, EDTWB can create a private link so each person selects and pays for an individual item. We will confirm the order window and delivery plan.
